Return Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your latest H+D order though ask you do pick carefully. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept your return within 10 days of purchase and/or 4 days of arrival. Items returned outside this period will only be accepted at Hubble + Dukes' discretion, please email us if this is the case. 

Please also note there is no returns on sale items, this includes discontinued lines and major warehouse sale days.

If you have a question regarding fit before placing your order please feel free to get in touch or head to the ‘size guide’ page, your little ones will continue to grow so sizing up is sometimes encouraged!  We also have a Hubble + Duke Style page which enables the H+D community to offer advice.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with their tags attached and in original packaging. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the timeframe.Your return may be denied if it is soiled, worn or dirty.

Hubble + Duke accepts returns with the outcome of refund or online store credit only, no exchanges. With this refund or credit you are able to place a new order for the correct piece. Please note return postage costs are to be paid for by the customer (unless faulty).

Creating A Return

Please enter your Order Number and Email address in the box above. There you can select the item/s you would like to return and it will automatically email us. 

Please fill out the returns form below and send it with the item you are returning

 Pack all items and printed form with care into the original packaging

 We strongly suggest Registered Post or Trackable Post as Hubble and Duke is not liable for lost /undelivered return parcels

Change of Mind/Sizing Issue:

We are happy to accept change of mind’s on full prices items within the timeframe for a refund or store credit.

Incorrect Item Shipped:

Oh no, so sorry! Please get in contact via email, we send you the correct item asap.

Faulty/Damaged Product:

This is a rare issue for Hubble + Duke and we do offer our apologies. Please get in contact asap via email. We will aim to replace this item for you or provide a full refund/credit note.

Sale/Outlet Items:

Sale/Outlet garments and shoes are non-returnable. Please read all 'outlet' information carefully as there may be some defects included in this category.

International:

When considering an international return please take time frames, duty taxes and shipping costs into account, we are located in Perth, Western Australia.

  

We endeavour to process all returns within 7 working days once the item has been received into our studio, please note due to having a PO Box collection time is required. During peak periods this may extend between 7 - 21 days. Our small team work very hard to process everything in a timely fashion though busy times can call for our attention elsewhere on a daily basis, therefore if your return is urgent please contact us directly via hubbleandduke@gmail.com
