Return Policy




In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, HUBBLE + DUKE is NOT required to provide a refund for change of mind, incorrect sizing or selection. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description.

In the case where a refund is requested you will be offered the option to exchange or for us to issue store credit (for the cost of the items returning is the sole responsibility of the customer).

Items purchased on SALE or discounted are unfortunately not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

All international sales are final.


Should you require an exchange for sizing needs please contact us via email to arrange this. Once your return items are received a store credit will be issued for the value of the items purchased will be issued to you via email (valid for a period of twelve months) for you to re-purchase the new sizes you require.

In addition to this you will need to print the returns form below and/or include you original invoice (provided to you in your returns email) and include this in your return parcel (please note any returns received without this cannot be processed).


In the case of Jelly Sandal size exchanges, we were very specific about the sizing with the sandals and encouraged everyone to size up, if you have found that the sandals are not the correct fit please return them to us via POST by returning the original invoice with current order details,

NOTING the sizes you wish to exchange for 

and include a self addressed Pre-Paid envelope so that we can process exchanges as quickly as possible. 

PLEASE NOTE: Our inventory may run out in which case we may not be able to exchange your order, or will need to offer a substitute size or colour in this instance.

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged or are significantly different from our item description. All items must be arranged to be returned within ten days of receiving them and any returned items must be received in original condition- unworn & unwashed.

We strongly suggest that you inspect all of your items upon their arrival; should there be any defects or damages to your goods you must contact us within ten days.

Please kindly contact us via our Contact Us page or email ( and we will respond to you within 24-48 hours. We endeavor to process exchanges and credit notes as quickly as possible however please allow up to 7-14 days during busy periods.

In the unlikely event that your order is returned to us by the shipping provider you will be required to pay the shipping charge again, should the return of the order be our error we will gladly cover the shipping costs to re-send your item.
