We want you to be completely satisfied with your latest HUBBLE AND DUKE items. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return/refund or exchange of any full priced item within 14 days of your item being received. Sale items must be returned within 7 days and will be offered a store credit not a refund. Items returned outside this period will only be accepted at Hubble + Dukes' discretion. Please email us if this is the case.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with their tags attached and in original packaging. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.

HUBBLE AND DUKE - Returns Policy
• Full Price Items: You may return any full price item/s within 14 days of receipt of your parcel for a refund. The refund will be to the value of your item/s and will exclude the cost of postage.
• Sale Items: You may return any Sale item/s within 7 days of purchase for a store credit. The store credit will be to the value of your item/s excluding postage.
• All returns will be assessed within 1-3 days once they have been received into the studio, if they meet our conditions of return you will be issued a refund using the same payment method in which you made the purchase.
• We are happy to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
• Customers who receive a product/s with manufacturing faults are entitled to a full refund.
• Customers who received the wrong product are entitled to a refund for postage of shipping the goods back to us and we will ship the correct product to you as soon as possible with no charge to you.
• Customers who ordered a product that is found to be sold out are entitled to a full refund.
• Return postage is at the customer’s own expense unless the item is deemed as faulty or you were sent the incorrect item.
• International orders for change of mind or incorrect sizing will be refunded at the discretion of Hubble + Duke and the customer will be responsible for the return postage costs in sending back the products, please email us.

• All product(s) must be returned:
◦ unworn, unwashed and free of marks
◦ with all original tags still attached and in original packaging and or shoe boxes.
◦ not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
• All Swimwear must be returned:
◦ Unworn, unwashed and free of marks
◦ With protective hygiene strip in place and intact
◦ All Care labels and tags still attached and in original packaging
◦ For hygiene reasons, when trying on swimwear please wear full briefs underneath
If you wish to return an item for any reason please follow these steps below:
◦ please go to the RETURNS PAGE and enter your Order Number and Email address. There you can select the item/s you would like to return and it will automatically email us at
◦ Please fill up the RETURNS FORM and send it with the item you are returning, so we are able to process your refund effectively. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD 
• Pack all items with care and into original packaging/shoe boxes and include your completed Returns Form in a secure post bag and ensure that all boxed items are enclosed in a satchel for protection or their return may be refused. 
• We strongly suggest Registered Post or Trackable Post as Hubble and Duke is not liable for lost /undelivered return parcels. We further advise that you request proof of postage from the Post Office for your records.
• Hubble and Duke will only cover the cost of shipping on a return/exchange where the item is deemed faulty or you were sent the incorrect item by us.

We will endeavour to process all returns refunds within 1-3 working days once the items been received into our studio. If your item is deemed as faulty a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Return product/s will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Item/s which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
The above policies relate only to purchases made from the website. All items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the original place of purchase, including faulty items. In this instance, the policies of that retail store will apply in terms of exchange or refund for change of mind. Your rights under law for faulty items still apply.
