We want you to be completely satisfied with your latest HUBBLE AND DUKE items though ask you do pick carefully. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept your return within 10 days of purchas and/or 4 days of its arrival. Items returned outside this period will only be accepted at Hubble + Dukes' discretion. Please email us if this is the case.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with their tags attached and in original packaging. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
If you have purchased Hubble + Duke from a stockist please contact the store first with proof of sale.
We endeavour to process all returns within 7 working days once the item has been received into our studio, please note due to having a PO Box collection time is required. During peak periods this may extend between 7 - 21 days. Our small team work very hard to process everything in a timely fashion though busy times can call for our attention elsewhere on a daily basis, therefore if your return is urgent please contact us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns are processed by the team at Hubble + Duke. Your return may be denied if it is soiled, worn or dirty.
Change of Mind/Sizing Issue:
We are happy to accept change of mind’s with the solution of an exchange, online store credit or full refund. Please note this only applies to full priced items, if your garment is on sale please refer to the ‘sale’ heading. The customer is responsible for sending back this item at their cost as well as providing a paid Australia Post bag if an exchange is required. Also be aware our inventory is forever changing, another size or colour is not guaranteed.

Sale/Outlet garments and shoes are non-returnable. Keep read all outlet information carefully as there may be some defects included in this category.
When considering an International return please take time frames, duty taxes and shipping costs into account. We will happily accept International returns though only offer a credit note or refund where applicable. Due to second shipment costs, we are unable to offer exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back unless faulty or damaged.
What is a credit note?
A store credit is a ‘virtual value’ you hold to spend on our online store. Similar to a gift voucher, an amount is yours to spend at a time of your choosing, there is no expiry. CONDITION OF RETURN
All product(s) must be returned:
◦ unworn, unwashed and free of marks
◦ with all original tags still attached and in original packaging and or shoe boxes.
◦ not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
All Swimwear and Footwear must be returned:
◦ Unworn, unwashed and free of marks
◦ With protective hygiene strip in place and intact
◦ All Care labels and tags still attached and in original packaging
◦ For hygiene reasons, when trying on swimwear please wear full briefs underneath
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you wish to return an item for any reason please follow these steps below:
Please go to the RETURNS PAGE and enter your Order Number and Email address. There you can select the item/s you would like to return and it will automatically email us.
Please fill out the RETURNS FORM and send it with the item you are returning, so we are able to process your refund effectively.
- Pack all items with care and into original packaging/shoe boxes and include your completed Returns Form in a secure post bag and ensure that all boxed items are enclosed in a satchel for protection or their return may be refused.
- We strongly suggest Registered Post or Trackable Post as Hubble and Duke is not liable for lost /undelivered return parcels. We further advise that you request proof of postage from the Post Office for your records.
Please ensure to fill out both the ONLINE return request and PRINTED form (to be included in your post back parcel). This allows us to have a physical and online copy for all records.
Please remember to include a pre-paid post satchel for all exchanges. Hubble + Duke will only cover the return cost if the issue was at fault of the business.
